Arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, your driver will first check your flight arrival time from the Arrival Flight Information Board, go to the exact exit from where you will come out. He will hold your name sign for about 30 minute until you show up eventually.

A: This pickup price is for hotels in downtown area of Guangzhou only. Downtown Guangzhou includes 6 districts of Liwan, Yuexiu, Haizhu, Tianhe, Baiyun and Huangpu. Other districts are named as Outskirts Guangzhou. Hotels in Outskirts Guangzhou will cost additional charge. Please check if your hotel is located in downtown Guangzhou before you make a booking.
If your hotel is located in outskirts Guangzhou, the local travel agent will advise in 24 hours for the additional cost and ask you to pay in cash to your driver (Plan A). Your approval of this additional charge is required. If you do not agree to pay the additional cost, the booking will be cancelled and you will receive refund (Plan B).
