About this experience

Let experience this fun moment to learn cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes, to discover its so refined and balanced flavors of yin and yang, and a skillful coordination of spicy in every dishes.
You will learn different delicacies of three regions through informative teaching of Chef along with some carving art for your viewing attraction.
It is a meeting place for a gourmet break full of delights.
Various traditional, vegetarian menus or on request of each level (initiation course, advanced course, vegetarian or professional course) to meet your requirements.

There are 3 sessions per day:
Morning session with market visit: 8.30am - 12.00pm
Afternoon session with market visit: 2.00pm - 5.30pm
Evening session (no market visit): 5.00pm - 7.30pm

Discovery initiation course: This is the perfect point starting to learn the basics of Vietnamese cooking.

What you'll see

Meeting at Central Market named Ben Thanh, then together with Chef, participants visit the market to see the bustling activities of Vietnamese market and to understand more the local ingredients.
Back to the activity location, participants enjoy a welcome drink and listen to Kitchen God's story.
Then, clients will participate in each step of the cooking so they could master the techniques at home. All of the basic cooking methods will be covered in this class. Various daily menus with different types of courses at the choice of participants.
Then, at the end of the session, participants will sit down to FEAST upon the fruits of their labor in a convivial ambiance with new friends taking part to the cooking session.
Remittance of manual recipes, certificate and souvenir gift from Mai Home to mark this exciting and memorable experience will crown the session .

Note: Market visit is only in the morning session. There is no market visit for afternoon and evening session as after Covid, all food stalls are closed at 12.00pm.
