1. How to Exchange Your Ticket
- Please present your official reservation voucher (printed or on a mobile device) at the Group Ticket Office located at Seoulland’s main gate.
- Note: Ticket exchanges are only available at this office. Email confirmations alone are not accepted.
- Exchange Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2. Directions to the Main Gate
- The main gate is about 1.1 km (approximately a 15–20 minute walk) from Seoul Grand Park Station (Line 4, Exit 2).
- You can also take the Elephant Train or Sky Lift (tickets sold on-site).

3. ID Check
- Please bring your passport or a valid ID to collect your tickets.
- The name on your reservation must match the English name on your ID or passport.

4. Infant Admission
- Children under 36 months can enter for free.
- Please bring a document (e.g., passport) to confirm their age.

5. Seoulland Re-entry Policy
- Same-day re-entry is allowed.
- If you plan to leave Seoulland (e.g., to visit Seoul Zoo) and then return on the same day, please inform a staff member before exiting so you can re-enter smoothly later.

6. Visiting Seoul Zoo
- Seoul Zoo may close early depending on the season or weather.
- To fully enjoy your visit, we recommend arriving as early as possible.
