The rate for the service includes gasoline, driver, and insurance, but excludes driver's tipping, toll fares, parking fees, entrance tickets, and other additional fees. The rate is also subject to adjustment due to various factors such as increasing fuel costs, taxes, minimum wages, foreign currency, and more.

Confirmation: Once the customer has selected their preferred service and made the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Viator with the booking details and information about the pickup location and time.

Pickup: On the day of the service, the driver will arrive at the pickup location specified in the booking confirmation. The driver will be responsible for transporting the customers to their destination within the Yogyakarta area only.

Journey: The transport service will take the customers to their desired location, and the company may provide advice on the estimated journey time. However, the company is not liable for any delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, such as breakdowns or traffic congestion.

Drop-off: Once the journey is complete, the driver will drop off the customers at their destination. The customer should ensure that they have all their belongings before leaving the vehicle, as the company is not liable for any lost items or damages incurred during the journey.

Overtime: If the rental duration exceeds the time limit, an overtime fee of IDR 145.000 per hour will be charged. This additional fee must be paid directly to the driver.

Vehicle Specification: The company reserves the right to provide a vehicle of larger capacity or higher specification than that required at no additional charge. Additionally, the company may substitute a vehicle from another operator, as long as the size and facilities provided are of comparable standard.
