Detailed itinerary

1

After collecting our passengers from Stratford-upon-Avon town centre (8.50AM) or Moreton-in-Marsh rail station (09.30), we'll embark on a beautiful countryside journey through the heart of the stunning Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Sit back and relax in our comfortable, executive class Mercedes minibus, boasting reclining coach-style seats, USB charging points, and panoramic windows, so everyone gets a great view! It takes around 1 hour to reach our first stop: the lovely Southern Cotswolds town of Tetbury. Shopping is deeply woven into the fabric of this historic town's past - just check out the ancient Market House, once used to sell wool and cloth, and still used as a market today. Hailed as the 'Antiques Capital of the Cotswolds, there are independent cafes and boutiques galore, as well as an official Highgrove Estate gift shop to purchase royal souvenirs. You'll also find pretty cottages, cobbled streets, an impressive church and surprising history. We love it!

2

A scenic 40-minute drive brings us from Tetbury to the picturesque Cotswold village of Castle Combe. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time as you wander the streets of tiny, unspoilt Castle Combe - often cited as the "prettiest village in England". Admire the photogenic bridge and historic Market Cross, pop into St Andrew's Church or grab a quick festive tipple at The Castle Inn. There's a lovely, magical festive atmosphere to enjoy here!

3

After your visit to Castle Combe, you'll hop back in the minibus and we'll whisk you off to the wonderful UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath. Bath is beautiful at any time of year, but it really sparkles at Christmas! You'll have a generous 2.5 hours to explore the city - but there's lots to see, so the time will whizz by! If traditional sightseeing is your thing, you might like to visit the famous Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, or the Jane Austen Centre while you're here (entry not included in the tour price). But don't miss Bath's Christmas Market - it's one of the biggest and best in the country! Hundreds of festive stalls line the city's streets, so if you're looking for Christmas gifts, you're in the right place! There is also lots of festive food and drink to be discovered - we're doing the driving, so have a glass of gluhwein and treat yourself. It's Christmas!

4

For passengers who joined us at Moreton-in-Marsh, we return here to drop you off at approximately 6.00PM. If you prefer, we can also drop you off in Stratford-upon-Avon (approx 6.30PM), just let us know when you request to book. We hope you had a wonderful day!

What's not included

Entry fees to any attractions you may wish to visit in Bath

Food and drinks are not included - bring your own if you wish, but we suggest you enjoy discovering festive treats at Bath Christmas Market!
