Detailed itinerary

1

The Pena Palace is located in Sintra hills and it is one of the finest tourist attractions in Portugal. Built on a rock at 500m high, Pena Palace represents the 19th century Romanticism style, a mix of Manueline and Moorish architecture with great and impressive painted terraces.

The interior of the palace is equally as fascinating and eclectic, drawing attention to details. From frescos on the walls to the incredible furniture everything is luxurious and looks like out of a fairytale.

2
Stop 2

Cabo da Roca is the point “where the land ends and the sea begins”. Immortalised by our greatest poet, Luís de Camões. Cape Roca impresses all who visit.

The greatest and most imposing of all of Lisbon’s viewing points. More specifically, the viewing point where nature reveals its true power. A 1772 lighthouse on top of a cliff about 140 meters high, where the wind is incredibly strong, still safely guides the vessels that sail along the Portuguese coast.

3

Guincho Beach is 6km north-west of the resort town of Cascais. Right on the edge of Serra de Sintra National Park. It is one of the largest in the country and known for its strong winds. Perfect for some surfing, kiting or windsurfing.

4

With this Amiroad Cascais tour, you can see and enjoy the whole coastline and the best beaches around Cascais and Estoril.

Cascais is an old fishing village that has been growing a lot over the last decades. It has become a well-known Portuguese Riviera. The are some points of interest in Cascais, mainly related to maritime defense, such as forts, which are incredible viewpoints.

5
Stop 5

Estoril has one of the best leisure areas by the sea, just about 10 min from Lisbon. Beautiful beaches with thin sand and crystalline waters. Along the coast, you’ll find besides an extensive beach, a Casino, one of the biggest in Europe which is a high-quality entertainment center.

Since you are just by the sea, enjoy a fresh catch from the ocean with our great wines.
