Discover the medieval section of Alfama, the ancient part of the city, located a few minutes away.

Learn about its history and the stories of its residents walking along the alleys and streets of Alfama.

From the panoramic viewpoint of Portas do Sol, contemplate Alfama from above, as well as the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the National Pantheon and of course your cruise ship. The next stop is one of the oldest monuments of the city, the Cathedral.

We visit the three main squares of the city: Comércio, Rossio, and Figueira.

At Rossio Square, the most central square of Lisbon, where you can either take the Metro back to the ship or keep on visiting the city following the guide’s recommendations.
