Next, we head to the town of Langhirano, the birthplace of Parma ham. Here, you'll visit the production areas of a ham factory, including the aging rooms. The tour ends with a tasting of Parma ham aged for 24 months, accompanied by breadsticks and wine from the Parma hills.
To round off the day, we travel to a winery nestled in the Parma hills.
