The journey begins at the designated starting point and continues to a traditional dairy producer, where you'll witness firsthand the various stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production.

At the Cheese Factory you'll have the unique opportunity to observe the extraction of fresh Parmesan wheels, explore the brine room, and visit the aging warehouse. The experience concludes with a tasting of cheese, perfectly paired with local wine.

Next, we head to the town of Langhirano, the birthplace of Parma ham. Here, you'll visit the production areas of a ham factory, including the aging rooms. The tour ends with a tasting of Parma ham aged for 24 months, accompanied by breadsticks and wine from the Parma hills.

To round off the day, we travel to a winery nestled in the Parma hills. You'll stroll through the vineyards before heading into the cellars, where experts will explain the winemaking process, from grape to bottle. The visit concludes with a tasting of three different varieties of white and red wines.
