Your tour begins at the Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana station, an easily accessible meeting point for anyone traveling by high-speed train. From there, we'll depart in a comfortable minivan for our gastronomic adventure.

Our first stop is a traditional dairy, where you'll have the unique opportunity to watch the extraction of new Parmigiano Reggiano wheels as they are being made. You'll then visit the brining room and the impressive aging warehouse, where thousands of wheels rest as they mature to perfection. The visit concludes with a tasting of two different ages of cheese, accompanied by local wine.

Next, we'll travel to a renowned Parma Ham factory. After a brief introduction to the area, you'll visit the production facilities and the aging rooms, discovering the meticulous process that transforms a pork leg into the world-famous Parma Ham. The tour ends with a tasting of 24-month aged Parma Ham, served with rustic bread and a glass of wine from the Parma hills.
