This unique culinary experience offers three great options: beef, chicken, and fish, all carefully selected by our top chefs. The adventure begins with a visit to a local market, where you'll discover a wide variety of Peruvian products. Together, we will purchase the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the authentic Peruvian dishes of your choice. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will learn essential culinary techniques and the secrets of Peruvian gastronomy in our well-equipped kitchen studio. Best of all, any of the three options can be easily adapted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.

It's also important to note that our company is committed to supporting our nonprofit sister organization, Reciprocity NGO. The profits generated from our tours enable Reciprocity NGO to implement social projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities living below the poverty line.

Our tour guide and driver will pick you up to begin your culinary adventure at Surquillo Market Number 2, a vibrant local market. Here, you will learn about the various vegetables, exotic fruits, and groceries produced in Peru. Additionally, your tour guide and chef will introduce you to the fresh ingredients needed for the preparation of the dishes. Get ready to experience a truly authentic local market!

Stop 2

Once we purchase all the products in the local market, we will head to our cozy kitchen studio in Miraflores. You will actively participate in the preparation of each dish selected by the group. Don’t worry! Our friendly chef and his team will guide you step by step throughout the entire class.

You'll love the fun and relaxed atmosphere—there are no boring demonstrations here, as we believe in a hands-on approach.

If you would like to combine your cooking class choices, for example, the starter of the chicken option with the main course of the fish option, it is possible; however, you must consult us first.
