Step into the heart of a sustainable Cretan olive farm run by a mother-and-daughter duo. Cook hands-on in an outdoor kitchen, learn traditional cooking secrets & sourch fresh ingredients straight from our garden.
One of the highlight of our cooking experience is that as a working olive farm, we include a guided olive oil tasting as we feel it is important to share with you how to recognize a real extra virgin olive oil or how acidity, harvesting, and pressing affect quality and much more details. You'll also watch a short behind-the-scenes video showing how we harvest our olive trees —a true look into our family tradition.
This tour is perfect for travelers who want to understand not only what Cretans cook — but how and why! Our aim is not just to teach you cooking techniques but to invite you into our family and way of living!
We also take pride in customizing our cooking classes to accommodate your preferences and needs, whether it's a significant allergy or a vegetarian lifestyle.
Duration: 4 hours<br/>Authentic Cretan Cuisine: We can also accommodate menu like Vegetarian / Vegan / Dairy or Gluten free options! Just let us know it in advance ;)
Just keep an eye out for our sign: Cretan Vibes Farm on National Road E97. If the GPS instructs you to turn towards the Panagia Kaliviany Monastery, please avoid turning there. Instead, continue straight on the main road, and you'll spot our signs. Please use ONLY Google Maps
