Airport Pickup
If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative holding sign at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived
If you booked a van (up to group of 12), operator will inform you in advance for the exact pick up location (eg: arrival hall 2 or 3). This is due to the restriction of airport and difficulties for parking inside the car park
Drop-off Location: Hotels within Kuala Lumpur city only
The driver will only wait for 60 minutes after your flight lands. Contact the operator should you be delayed

Surcharge:
A MYR30-50 surcharge will apply if your hotel or destination is outside of the specified service areas, to be paid directly to the driver, to be confirmed by the operator
