About this experience

This program begins with a pickup from your hotel at 4:00 am for a 3.5-hour drive to the port of Paracas. Upon arrival, you will have some time to enjoy a coffee at the pier before boarding the speedboat for a 2-hour excursion to the Ballestas Islands.

After the islands tour, we continue to the Pisco airport, located just 20 minutes from the port, where you will board a 12-passenger aircraft for an unforgettable flight over the Palpa and Nazca Lines. The flight lasts approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Please note that in addition to the flight duration, waiting and boarding times must also be considered. Since the experience is highly dependent on weather conditions, we kindly ask for your flexibility with scheduling and recommend this tour only if you have sufficient time available.

Stop 1

Your experience begins with an early pickup from your hotel in Lima at 4:00 am, followed by a 3.5-hour drive along the scenic Pan-American Highway to the port of Paracas. Upon arrival, you will have time to enjoy a coffee at the pier before boarding a speedboat for a 2-hour excursion to the Ballestas Islands.

During the boat ride, you will first see the mysterious “Candelabro” geoglyph etched into the sand dunes, and then continue toward the islands, home to an extraordinary variety of wildlife. Sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and thousands of seabirds can be observed in their natural habitat, making this a true highlight of Peru’s southern coast.

After the tour, you will return to the pier with time to relax and explore before continuing with the rest of your program.

Stop 2

From Pisco airport, located just 20 minutes from the port of Paracas, you will board a modern 12-passenger aircraft for an unforgettable flight over the Nazca and Palpa Lines.

The total flight lasts approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. About 20 minutes are dedicated to the overflight of the Lines themselves, where you will clearly observe famous geoglyphs such as the Hummingbird, the Monkey, and the Astronaut. The remainder of the journey is cruising time, offering impressive views of the Peruvian desert and coastline.

This experience provides a unique perspective on one of the world’s greatest archaeological mysteries, combining comfort with breathtaking scenery.
