Just outside the walled city of Valletta, one will find the Triton fountain, recently restored to its former glory. Walk over the bridge of the walled city moat and see the contrast between old and new architecture within the city as you come across the Parliament building. Meanwhile your guide will provide you with detailed explanations of your surroundings.

Stroll around Republic Street and Merchant street, Valletta's two main roads which run parallel to one another. Admire the ruins of the Royal Opera House. Learn about the history and understand who occupied Malta at different periods in time, while admiring the auberges and buildings as you pass.

The unique St John's Co Cathedral is not to be missed. The walls, ceilings and floor are beautifully ordained with gold leaf, marble and rich tapestries. The Cathedral is also home to famous paintings by the great Caravaggio. As you walk around the building, your guide will provide you with ample information of what you are seeing.

Walk around St George's square & republic square and learn about the Palace with it's traditional balconies.
