Arrive at the entrance of Vatican Museums (opposite to Caffe Vaticano, Viale Vaticano 100, Roma) at least 20 minutes before the start time. show the tickets to the security person at “Passenger Way 2” (mobile version accepted, print not required).
After the security check, meet your guide at the 'Guided Tours' desk on the far left of the entrance hall.
