We begin our journey from Pokhara and it takes 45 minutes to drive to Kande. Then, we start our hike to the Australian Camp Nepal. We trail through the forest uphill for about two hours until we reach our destination.
We’ll then relax and have lunch while enjoying the view. Then we hike towards the village of Dhampus. The duration of the hike is 1.5 hours with lush vegetation and beautiful scenery along the way. Also, the community of Dhampus itself is quite gorgeous, and the residents are simply wonderful.
We then descend to Dhampus Phedi which takes us about 2 hours. There, we get in our private car and drive back to Pokhara which takes about half an hour.
