Therefore, if you arrive for the tour with a child under the age of 7, we will unfortunately not be able to proceed with the service, and no exceptions can be made.

The pick up and drop off is included in a selected area of the city (city center). If you are staying outside of the city center, our guide will meet you at Avenida Liberdade 3. Kindly confirm with us prior to your tour the pick up preferences.
We have several models of tuktuks shown in the product pictures. Let us know if you have any preference for one
The suggested itinerary is subject to change in case of any special event in the city such as marathons, public events that make the streets unreachable.
The first picture is just an example of one of the three Tuk Tuk models in our fleet; it may not be the one you'll have on your tour, unless you inquire about a specific model in advance, subject to availability.
The tuk tuk fits up to 6 people - however for the highest level of comfort we recommend 4 people per tuktuk.
The TukTuks are equipped with transparent rooftops, allowing you to fully enjoy the scenic views throughout the ride.
For groups of 5 or 6 people, we offer two TukTuk models with different seating arrangements: either all seats facing forward or seats facing each other. If you have a preference, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly, subject to availability.
By law, we cannot take more than 6 passengers per TukTuk. For larger groups, you’ll need to book multiple TukTuks separately, ensuring they start at the same time on the same day.
Free rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations are available up to 24 hours before the activity. After this period, full charges will apply.
No large items are allowed in the Tuk Tuk (such as suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or electric scooters)
If the client is delayed, the tour duration will be shortened accordingly, which may cause adjustments to the planned route. Delays exceeding 30 minutes will result in cancellation of the activity, with no refund issued.
Our TukTuks have transparent rain covers, and we provide umbrellas if rain is forecast.
Group of 6 people: Please be aware that 6 people is the maximum capacity of people in one tuk tuk. Some clients may find it a bit tight - We suggest looking at the pictures of the tuk tuks with 6 people to have a better idea of how 6 people can fit in one tuktuk.
Children under 7 years old are not legally allowed on tuktuks in Portugal
People with limited range of motion in their knees might find it hard to get in and out of the tuk tuk
This tour isn't recommend for people with back problems. The streets in Lisbon are very bumpy and it will be uncomfortable on your back.
The streets are quite bumpy, so we do not recommend this for people prone to motion sickness or those with knee, back, or neck issues.

Meeting point

We offer pick-up and drop-off services for hotels and Airbnbs located in the city center. If your accommodation is outside this area, the designated meeting point is Avenida da Liberdade 3 Lisboa (next to the Gloria yellow tram), right across the street from Hard Rock Café Lisbon.
