If you have booked a morning tour please note it commences prior to our office opening. If you need to contact us on the morning of the tour please email info@byearthandocean.com.au as this is monitored by the guide running this tour prior to our office opening. However please be aware as these are group tours we will not be able to delay the start to accommodate late arrivals.
Ubers, taxis and public transport can be very unreliable, if you are not driving yourself we highly recommend planning to be at the start point 20-30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss your tour.

If you have booked the SELF GUIDED option please ensure you arrive with a charged smart phone and the GOOGLE MAPS APP installed (not the Apple Maps App). Although it is possible to do this tour without a smart phone, it will be of assistance to have it to utilise our GPS supported maps. Please note if you have booked a SELF GUIDED tour option, it is up to you to assess your own physical capabilities and wind conditions in determining the routes you take (there are multiple options which will be outlined to you on the day). Self guided tours do not have an on call support option if you exceed the limits of your capabilities in the conditions or the conditions change suddenly. If you have booked a self guided option but feel you may like additional support please contact us prior to your activity to discuss supported/guided options and times instead.
