We collect passengers from flights landing at Sofia Airport Terminal 1 & 2. Upon arrival at Sofia airport, after going through passport control and baggage claim - please look for a representative holding a sign with your names on it.
In an event of any delay reaching the arrivals area please send one person from your party to meet the representative as it is vital that you make contact with him/her within 30 minutes of landing. If you have problems locating the representative please call +359 884 743 868 and ask for assistance. Please do not leave the airport without contacting this number.
As this is a shared shuttle you may need to wait up to 60 minutes for the other passengers sharing the ride with you. The shuttle is a door-to-door services, but there could be up to 5 stops before yours including a quick 5 min stop at a ski shop.
