About this experience

You journey will start in the north of the island, with few short stops at iconic plantations and at famous Blue Lagoon, for sight seeing or for a swim.

You will start by visiting a cocoa plantation and discover the many process to transform the fresh beans into dry beans, ready to be transformed into chocolate.

Then you may select a place for lunch in the area of Neves, just ask your guide for the best options.

Back in the capital, you will have a stop at the Chocolate Boutique of Diogo vaz, where you will enjoy a warm chocolate drink OR a pastry (1 item per person).

Once achieved, we will gently give you a ride to your hotel.

Note: The guided visit of Cocoa Plantation and Transformation Processes will be held either at plantation Francisco Cabral, Diogo Vaz, or CECAB Cooperative, upon availability)

Cocoa Transformation Processes
You will discover how the fresh gum is transformed into dried beans, the first step prior to making chocolate.
According to the season and availability of cocoa producer, we may do this visit either at Roça Francisco Cabral, or CECAB Cooperative or at Roça Diogo Vaz
