Pickup included
• 06:00 pm: Guide picks up tourists from their hotels in Hue Central
• First we drop by a restaurant that mainly serve:
o Nam, Loc, Beo cake (roughly translated as Water fern cake, Flat rice dumpling, and Tapioca dumpling).
o Hue lemongrass skewer with grilled pork sausage, eaten with vegetable, slice pickle and garlic, all wrap together with rice paper and dip in special peanut sauce;
o Hue sizzling crepe, crunchy outside and moisture inside with shrimp, port and bean sprouts.
• Next, go to a local restaurant next to the river to try Com Hen: rice with mussel.
• Take a short trip sightseeing the Citadel
• This next one is really a symbol of Hue dishes. A bowl of Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) is the heart of Hue cuisine, notable for its broth.
• Then take time for dessert with a menu of more than 20 kinds of Hue sweet dessert.
• 09:30 pm: Tourists ride cross Trang Tien bridge. Our guide then takes tourists back to their hotels. Thank you and hope you had a great evening with us.
