Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1 Pass by

Our journey kicks off from the pre-arranged meeting point in Kotor. (You will get the exact location after confirmation of the booking)

To capture the awe-inspiring vistas of the Bay of Kotor and conquer Lovćen Mountain, we embark on the celebrated Old Austro-Hungarian road. This historic route, boasting 25 serpentines, elevates us gradually, ensuring each twist provides an increasingly panoramic view of Boka Bay.

2
Stop 2

After indulging in a succession of breathtaking vistas, our ascent brings us ever closer to the pinnacle of the illustrious mountain. However, before reaching the summit, prepare yourself for the captivating charm of Njeguši, a picturesque village nestled amidst the undulating landscape.

3

Here, an indulgent experience awaits, featuring a delectable OPTIONAL snack time and the opportunity to savor the local delicacies, Prosciutto (smoked ham), olives, mountain honey, or homemade cheese accompanied by the unforgettable taste of the traditional brandy, RAKIJA, and delicious local vine.

4

Post this gastronomic delight, our adventure continues as we marvel at the magnificent mausoleum and the mesmerizing "Sea of Rocks" from the summit of the National Park of Lovćen, situated at an elevation of 1,660m/5,446ft above sea level.

The entrance to the top peak of Lovecen Mountain and the Mausoleum itself is OPTIONAL and the entrance fee needs to be paid directly on the spot. (8Eur per person)

The journey persists along a picturesque forest road, guiding us to our next destination: the historic town of Cetinje.

5

Cetinje may initially appear as if it has slipped into a deep slumber, but it is merely taking respite from its tumultuous history, dating back to the 15th century, according to some sources, and even earlier by others.

As we embark on a brief exploration through the city, our first stop in the town center unveils the beating heart of Montenegro.

A stroll through this historic core includes an optional visit to the Orthodox monastery, offering an immersive experience of Montenegro's rich cultural, historical, and ethnographic tapestry.
Delve into the insights presented by the city's five notable museums and galleries, gaining a nuanced understanding of Montenegro and its vibrant citizens.

Following this enriching tour, we'll be granted some free time to soak in the tranquil ambiance of Cetinje.

Whether it's wandering through the remnants of former embassies or finding solace in a local café, the city beckons us to explore its unique charm at our own pace.

6

Pavlova Strana – the Montenegrin masterpiece of panoramic perfection!

Our exclusive tour promises a curated experience, capturing breathtaking photos of the stunning landscape.
From its perch, Pavlova Strana unveils the coastal beauty, making it a must-visit for those seeking an intimate, awe-inspiring encounter with Montenegro's scenic wonders. Elevate your journey with our private tour and Pavlova Strana – where every snapshot becomes a cherished memory.

Montenegrin hidden gem offering one of the most mesmerizing viewpoints along the coast of N.P. Skadar Lake.

7

After forming a basic picture of Montenegrin history, our expedition leads us to the hidden gem of Rijeka Crnojevića, a riverside town along the picturesque River Town.
Nestled on the banks of the Crnojević River, River Town stands as a hidden gem in Montenegro and one of the highlights of this tour.

Our route to this enchanting destination reveals the majesty of Skadar Lake, the Balkans' largest lake, fully preserved as a National Park.

The visit was planned as a set of OPTIONAL activities: lunchtime in a local traditional restaurant with a view of the lake, a 45min to one-hour boat ride on the Skadar Lake, a leisurely stroll through the surrounding natural areas, and the opportunity to capture photographs of what many of my guests regard as the most breathtaking natural spectacle in Montenegro.

The journey promises not only a visual feast of stunning landscapes but also an immersion into the rich ecological tapestry of this remarkable region.

8
Stop 8

After immersing ourselves in the natural splendors of Skadar Lake National Park, on the way back, along the coast, we will have the opportunity to enjoy one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the Montenegrin coast with a stop for taking photos of St Stefan once fishing island, today luxury hotel town.

This comprehensive tour unfolds the diverse highlights of Montenegro as you get a chance to visit two totally different National Parks, delve into the history of the Old Royal Capital of Montenegro - Cetinje, savor local products, and relish the laid-back charm of Montenegrin's everyday easy-going life.

As the day winds down, the late afternoon drive, accompanied by the mesmerizing sunset, provides the perfect backdrop for reflecting on the day we had together. My journey is designed to leave you with lasting memories.
