Your guide will meet you at your hotel from where you will whisked away to one of Portugal’s greatest treasures, Sintra. Due to the stunning expressions of culture and architecture showcased in the town, the whole of Sintra was declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1995.
You will receive a tour of one of Portugal’s most iconic sites, the fairy tale Pena Palace. You will also visit the town itself and get the chance to taste Portugal’s culinary traditions by trying out the local pastries specific to Sintra.
After the morning section of the tour, you will head for a country drive along the coastline to Cabo da Roca, Europe's westernmost point, stopping by for lunch either in Cascais or Estoril.
