About this experience

We will start from Rethymnon around 8.30am. Our first stop on this excursion will be at Knossos. Please note, the entrance fee to Knossos is not included in the ticket price ( 15€ entrance fee needed in cash or 20€ is the combination ticket for Knossos and the Museum).
There is evidence that this location was inhabitedduring the neolithic times.
On the ruins of the neolithic settlement was built the first minoan palace, where the dynasty of Minos ruled.
The Palace is conected with thrilling legends, such as the myth of the labyrinth with Minotaur.

Our next stop will be Heraklion city. You will have 3 hrs free time to explore the city, visit the archeological museum, go shopping, drink coffee or have a lunch.

We will be back around 18.00pm. Please note, you need 20€ in cash for the entrance ticket to Knossos and Museum.
