At 8 am or 2 pm, we will pick you up at your hotel and we start cycling to Thanh Toan village. On the way to Thanh Toan covered bridge, we will cycle through the countryside roads and stop by at a "duck farm" with a lot of ducks.
Continue cycling to many family temples, the places where local people worship their ancestors. We will visit the biggest and most beautiful Tran family temple, wonderful decoration and fabulous architecture. Enjoying some local coffee before cycling to the Thanh Toan covered bridge from 1776.
Our tour guide will tell you the deep history of the oldest bridge, guide you how to burn incense, how to pray and make wishes then offer to Mrs Dao- The lady who built the bridge.
After that, we will walk through the bridge to explore the morning market at the rural of Vietnam. That is the typical and real rural Vietnamese market.
After the local market, we will go to visit the argriculture museum to help you understand more and clear the farming works in rural of Vietnam and the local life.
And if you are lucky, you may meet a lady who sings local folksongs with charming smile and hospitality.
Finally we cycle back to your hotel in Hue.
