"Gỏi đu đủ"- papaya salad is originally offered in my tour since 2018. The plate of papaya salad included long strands of thinly cut green papaya, roasted peanuts, some type of what I think was beef jerky (the black stuff on the left side of my plate), a wonderful addition of sliced Vietnamese coriander, and finally a handful of extra crispy fritters, kind of like fried crackers, on the very top. *fresh, yummy and a must try

4

Nguyen Thien Thuat apartment buildings have existed for about half of the century, where we will have Hue beef soup. Most of the people who have been living there do not want to leave their familiar living place. Some of them have been neighbors since the Vietnam War.

5

Ho Thi Ky is the largest flower market in Ho Chi Minh City, supplies flowers to the city and some provinces in the South of Vietnam. Founded in the 1980s, this is a rare place that upholds the characteristic of the old Saigon.

6
Stop 6

One of the popular street foods which you shouldn’t miss when you visit Vietnam for the first time. Banh xeo refers to sizzling pancake which contains different ingredients including pork, shrimp, onion, bean sprouts, mung beans.
