A stunning stop in a mountain village near the capital of canton of Uri, Altdorf. It is one of the most beautiful and traditional villages. Here we are going to see houses built in 1135, a stunning church and mesmerizing views.
Then we explore different hidden places and viewpoints in the untouristy canton of Uri like a valley where we are surrounded by thundering mountains and we even drive on a mountain pass up to almost 2000 meters (6500 feet). In the mountains we visit a cheese factory and do an unforgettable Swiss Mountain BBQ experience with different meats and sausages like Bratwurst, our national sausage Cervelas, chicken, corn and much more.
In winter the route looks a bit different but is as stunning as in summer.
In Glarus we visit a waterfall where we can walk behind and taste a home made Mousse au Toblerone Chocolat - a true essence of luxury.
If you wish we can also make a stop in Lucerne and see the old town, the famous chapel bridge and the views on Lake Lucerne. We can 100% customize the tour according to your wishes.
Normally we meet each other in front of your hotel but a pick up at the railwaystation is also possible.
