Detailed itinerary

1

Embark on a journey to the Jungfrau Region, one of Switzerland's most picturesque regions on this Myswisspanorama private day tour from Basel. Start off by visiting the idyllic village of Lauterbrunnen, nestled in the heart of the Lauterbrunnen valley, the valley of 72 waterfalls. The valley is a nature lover's paradise with its lush greenery, crystal clear streams and the thundering sound of the waterfalls.

2

Then we are heading to Stechelberg and talking the cable car to Mürren.

3

We will explore the unique village of Mürren which is one of our favorites in Switzerland. The view to Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau is simply incredible! Sometimes it’s even possible to observe wild animals in the village!
Afterwards we will enjoy a fantastic walk to the unknown village of Gimmelwald (1 hour). With this panorama it’s the perfect place to eat our unique lunch. What’s better than cooking outdoor a traditional Swiss Cheese Raclette? If you prefer something else or have allergies, please note this in your booking.

4

We will do a leisurely walk in the village Gimmelwald, a small and tranquil hamlet known for its traditional alpine architecture and serene atmosphere. Here, take a moment to relax and soak in the beauty of the Swiss Alps.

5

We are either continuing to Grindelwald or Iseltwald. In Grindelwald we will explore the beautiful village and indulge in a delicious local bakery.

6

In Iseltwald, stroll along the lakeside promenade offering a dreamy lake-mountain view as the perfect contrast after the mountain world we have enjoyed before.

7

Finally, we make our way to Interlaken, a charming town situated between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, known for its enchanting views of the Jungfrau, Mönch and Eiger mountains. Interlaken offers a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

Driving back to Basel with a backpack full of unforgettable memories and beautiful pictures will make you daydreaming for a long time. By the way, you can always customize this tour e.g. with hiking adventures. Just let us know your dreams, that we can create the best and most unique day for you.
