For Airport pick up:
- The driver will be waiting for you at the pick up location specified below;
- The driver will wait up to 2 hours from your flight arrival time. If you are delayed for longer than the allocated waiting time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. Additional surcharges will apply for waiting times exceeding 2 hours;
- If it is past the waiting time and you are unreachable, it will be considered a 'NO-SHOW' The driver will leave and no refund will be issued;
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, kindly reach out to us at least 24 hours before the booked date, a full refund will be issued.
