Stop 1

This tour begins with a visit to a Maya city located in Guatemala City. Kaminaljuyu , better known as the “City of the Deaths”, hides a full history of the Maya civilization going back at 3,000 years A.C.
A guided visit will leave you blown away!

Stop 2

This new museum contains all the important pieces that conforms the history and city of Kaminaljuyu. Be prepared to learn from the mayas.

Stop 3

We continue the tour by walking around the Plaza of Constitution, so you can have a better sighting and explanation of the historical buildings that surrounds it.

Stop 4

A visit inside the National Palace of Culture is one of the must wanted attractions to do in this tour. You can get in depth in the uniqueness architecture and style of the palace. Prepare to be amazed by the interesting history that this palace hides in plain sight.

Stop 5

The next stop is the Metropolitan Cathedral where you can see some damage of the earthquake that hit Guatemala City in the 1917 and 1918. This is the most important church in Guatemala and in here you will find old paintings from the XVI century and the oldest virgin brought by the spanish conquers at the XV century. It’s neoclassical architecture will blow you away!

In our way out of the cathedral, we’re going directly to the Central Market to shop some souvenirs or just to get the experience of being in one of the most iconic markets of Guatemala. You will be immerse in the colorful textile, the traditional food and the local craft.

The walk through the famous avenue of Guatemala City is a must!
La Sexta is a pedestrian avenue where you can experience the day by day of the locals. In this walk you would be able to see the architecture of some historical buildings, the vibrant commerce and the different restaurants or food courts available. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss.

The Relief Map is an exact scale of all the places that Guatemala and Belice consists. It demonstrate the volcano chain, the different lakes, beaches and Maya cities.

At the top of hill its located the oldest church in Guatemala City, founded 150 years before the city itself, called Santuario Nuestra Señora del Carmen. It’s mystical and mysterious story will intrigue you as the view that you will able to appreciate.

4 Grados Norte is the las stop of our tour. Explore this modern and contemporary zone, getting to see its arte and, if you want, taste some gastronomy of the place. In overall is a zone with only good vibes!
