What you'll see

3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.

4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.

5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.

6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.

7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket.

8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.
