This captivating Podgorica shore excursion commences at the Kotor cruise ship port. A warm welcome awaits you from our friendly driver just outside the cruise ship terminal. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle, embarking on a 1.5-hour journey through the scenic beauty of Montenegro. Our tours are meticulously synchronized with your ship's docking times, ensuring a prompt start and a timely return to the port with ample time to spare before your ship's departure.

Please note that Podgorica is a significant distance from the port, allowing limited time for exploration. This excursion includes a tour with a licensed guide, as well as a brief shopping and lunch break. However, due to time constraints, extensive shopping or a sit-down meal may not be possible.

Independence Square; is the central and largest square of the city of Podgorica, Montenegro, located in the Mirkov area, which is the administrative and socio-cultural center of the city. It has an area of 15,000 square meters.

Marko Miljanov Monument is a bronze monument in the city of Podgorica, Montenegro. Marko Miljanov Popović was a famous Montenegrin hero, voivode and writer. He was characterized by clear mind, physical strength and courage. Marko Miljanov was the first military and civilian town governor in Podgorica liberated from the Turks in 1879.

Initiated in 1953 as Titograd National Theatre, Montenegrin National Theatre is a prominent venue in Podgorica. Located in the heart of the city, near Njegoš Park, the theater occupies a prime place in the cultural scene of the country. Many famous and leading national actors and artistes joined the theater during its inception, in order to promote the arts in the country. It included putting together numerous stage-shows and performances at various places

The Millennium Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge over the Moraca River in Podgorica, Montenegro. The 140 m long bridge was opened on July 13, 2005 and connected Ivan Černojević Boulevard in the center of Podgorica with 13 July Street in the new town. The bridge was designed by Mladen Ulicevic and cost the budget about 7 million euros.

Stop 6

Sastavci is the green park area in front of the National Parliament of Montenegro. It is located on the river banks of the Moraca and Ribnica and not far from the old Ottoman bridge (follow steps downwards) and the new Blaža Jovanovića bridge. Perhaps not of great interest to the average tourist, except for the statue of king Nikola on his stallion. Nearby King's park has more facilities, a fountain and shade.

The mosque was built back in the fifteenth century by Skender Chaush, the Ottoman governor. It was the first mosque to appear in the city. It now houses the Islamic Council of Montenegro.
