Arrive at the base of the enormous rock of El Penol and gear up for a nice walk up the steps to the top. If you decide not to go up, feel free to walk around the rock enjoying equally impressive views of the lakes with your tour guide.
A quick drive and we arrive at Guatape, there are restaurants in front of the lake where you can enjoy lunch (own expense).
After a nice meal, you will walk around the ornate town, making stops in several areas of interest and boutique shops with arts and crafts if guests like.
