This park is known for having the oldest olives trees in Peru, there are more than one thousand olives trees which are above 150 years old. For sure this is a great opportunity to learn about history, birding and nature!

This a new park of Lima located right on the cliff between Miraflores and Barranco district overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This new attraction has more than 30 thousand square meters! It was built following the ancient Inca building technique called “andenes or bench terraces” and also long walkable ramps.
Since the opening of this park, it has become the perfect home for many nearly endemic and migratory birds due to its wide variety of multi-colored and flowering ornamental plants.
This park has created a perfect micro system for Amazilia Hummingbirds, Blue-black Grassquits, Blue-grey Tanagers, Shiny Cowbirds, Mockingbirds, etc. And also for different kinds of butterflies that fly around enjoying the nectar of the flowers (Bougainvillea, Campanulas, Small Lantana, etc).
