About this experience
During this tour you to observe one of the most beautiful things mother nature can give Turtle Nesting Watching. In this excursion, you can see the whole process of turtle nesting since they come out from the sea until the lay between 80 to 120 eggs per nest. The excursion starts in Corozalito beach Wild Life Refuge, about 40 minutes from Samara. You take a van in Samara around 6:00pm, once in Corozalito, a little hike on the beach looking for turtle is necessary due to turtles come from the big sea to lay eggs on any place of the beach. When turtle come out, is time to see the nesting process: turtles come out from water, look for place to nest, start to dig in the sand, lay around 80 to 120 eggs, cover the hole, finally go again to the sea. The turtle nesting process takes around 30 to 60 minutes. Drinks and snacks are included after excursion.
