Once picked up from your hotel, we will head to the sanctuary of Pachacamac. We will start the visit at the Museo de Sitio, where you can learn more than 290 archaeological pieces, including ceramics, textiles and the emblematic Idol of Pachacamac, revered by ancient Andean cultures.

Then, we will explore the archaeological area with our expert guide, touring temples such as the Painted Temple, the Acllahuasi and the imposing Temple of the Sun, located on a hill overlooking the Lurin River valley and the Pacific Ocean. An experience full of history, spirituality and pre-Columbian legacy.

At the end of our visit to the sanctuary of Pachacámac, we will head to the district of Barranco, the vibrant and bohemian coastal neighborhood of Lima. Enjoy the scenic journey as you immerse yourself in the art, history and culture of this charming district.

Explore Barranco at your own pace, crossing the iconic Bridge of Sighs and walking its colorful streets, murals and expressions of urban art. During this part of the tour, you will have free time for lunch (lunch not included), with the option to choose from some of the most traditional and representative restaurants in the area. A perfect space to relax, take photos and live the most artistic side of Lima.

We continue the journey to Miraflores, where the famous Huaca Pucllana is located, an adobe pyramid built by Lima culture between the 4th and 7th centuries. This fascinating ceremonial site will allow you to connect with the pre-Inca history of Peru, and you will learn about the traditions and daily life of this ancient civilization.

Next, we will move to the Historic Center of Lima, the heart of the city, where colonial history and architecture will envelop you. You will tour the Plaza Mayor, where you can admire the majestic Lima Cathedral, the Government Palace and the Archbishop’s Palace.

Then, we will visit the Convent of San Francisco and its Catacombs (entrance ticket included), where we will know its impressive colonial architecture and explore the underground passageways that house thousands of skeletal remains.
