Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

This tour starts with pickup from your hotel or Airbnb in San Isidro, Miraflores or Barranco. The service starts at 8:00 AM according to our established route.

2

We will begin by exploring the Museo de Sitio, where you will discover more than 290 archaeological pieces, including ceramics, textiles and the emblematic Idol of Pachacamac, a wooden sculpture that was venerated in ancient Andean culture.

3
Stop 3

Later, we will visit La Emblematic Plaza de barranco, this space was a tram station that directed its cars in two opposite directions: towards Lima and towards the beach resort of Chorrillos. It is a vital ravine icon, as in summer it was a must-see destination for local and foreign bathers.

The hermitage was built in the mid-18th century by a group of fishermen. In it he keeps one of the fascinating stories. Below your guide will tell you more about this story.

4
Stop 4

As we move forward, we will run into the Bridge of Sighs, built in 1876, which connects both sides of the ravine called the bathing drop, which takes us to the ravine beaches. The bridge keeps a popular legend, if you cross it for the first time, you must hold your breath for its entire length and think of a wish, if you succeed this will be fulfilled.

5
Stop 5

Then, we will visit the mural graffiti, picturesque mural creations of local artists of international fame such as Jade Rivera, Entes, Pesimo among others.

In the evening we will walk down the bathing deck, but first we will stop for lunch (lunch not included), then we will tour this area, which was a natural ravine where fishermen and bathers passed to reach the beaches of Barranco. Before there were willows, then they were replaced by ficus, and to this day you see fuchsia bougainvillea decorating the road. At the beginning of the 20th century, beautiful mansions were built that are still preserved.

After the descent, you will be able to appreciate the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean through the Barranco viewpoint, in addition to the popular beaches of the environment, as well as the various activities of the place.

6

Once finished, we will head to Callao Monumental to visit the Fortress of Real Felipe, an imposing 18th century construction designed to protect the port from pirate attacks. To finish you will be transferred to Puerto del Callao.

7
Stop 7

At the end of the tour, our shuttle service will take you back to the same starting point where you were picked up, either from your hotel or the airport. We make sure your return journey is comfortable and safe, allowing you to continue with your plans without hassles.
