Stop 1

The Empress of the Great Tang is a Tang-style performance of song and dance staged at Tang Dynasty Palace in Xi’an. You can book the tickets to enjoy the ancient etiquette, ceremonies, music, dance and other cultural things in Tang Dynasty as well as to learn about the main activities of Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in Chinese history.

Stop 2

To beat the crowds, at 8:00 a.m, your tour representative and personal driver will hold a welcome sign and wait for you at your hotel lobby. After warm greetings, you will set out to the famous Terracotta Army and Horses Museum. At 9:00-9:20 a.m, you will arrive at the museum and start your wondrous adventure to the discovery of Qin Dynasty. From 9:30 a.m - 11:30p.m, your private tour guide will escort you to each pit of the museum and introduce to all the stories and legends of the First Emperor in Chinese history. You will see the formation of his marvelous mausoleum and be amazed by the ancients’ intelligence.

This palace has always been the imperial Winter Palace for over 3000 years because it has natural hot springs. There are still five bathing pools from the Tang Dynasty preserved here.Here you can see the architecture of the Tang Dynasty, beautiful bonsai, plants and ponds and landscape compositions. You can also see the bullet holes from the Double - Twelve Incident in 1936 in China's modern history.

Stop 4

The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda is located in the Da Ci'en Temple(Great Mercy Temple). It is a pagoda with a history of more than 1,300 years. This was once the place where the famous Tang Dynasty monk Xuanzang(Tripitaka) translated Buddhist scriptures, and the spread of Buddhism in China also began here.

Stop 5

Visit the Ancient City Wall, there are two choices available. You may choose to either walk or ride a bike, or even take a golf cart. This City Wall is the best preserved and most complete wall that has survived through China’s long history. It is about 12 meters high, 12 to 14 meters wide across the top and 15 to 18 meters thick at the bottom. The entire circumference is about 13.7 kilometers. It can take a while if you choose to walk all through.
