About this experience
Don't you love authentic beautiful Japanese cuisine ' Washoku '?
Washoku was added to the UNESCO Heritage list.
You can learn about Washoku from Yuki who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor. She has appeared on TV many times because she is popular.
In 2024, Portland, Oregon, USA and Sapporo Hokkaido celebrated the 65th anniversary of their sister city partnership. The welcoming celebration was held at a hotel in Sapporo, where she demonstrated and served Decorative sushi rolls to the mayors of both cities.
We welcome international guests to our Sushi Roll Preparation School in Sapporo. At our hands-on workshop you will learn how to cook decorative sushi rolls.

Tomoko's 2 hours sushi class
At the house with rose garden: You can make decorative sushi roll at the Japanese house with lovely rose garden in Kitahiroshima city. <br/>Duration: 2 hours<br/>Tomoko's car can hold 4 people: She can offer the free pick-up service outside Shinsapporo subway station if you require. The ride takes about 10 minutes.<br/>After the class: You can take relaxing break in the rose garden.<br/>Pickup included
Satomi's 2 hours sushi class
Satomi's 2h sushi class.: You will learn how to cook sushi roll from Satomi who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor.<br/>Duration: 2 hours<br/>Includes a glass of drink.: You will get a glass of drink ( coffee, tea, juice, beer, etc) after the sushi class at the cafe.<br/>At "Piano piano cafe & studio": Satomi can wait for you at "Nishisen 9 jo Asahiyama koen dori" tram station if you require, and then take you to the cafe.<br/>Pickup included

Ms. Yui's 2 hours sushi class : You can learn how to cook sushi roll from Yui who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor at Susukino area. <br/>Duration: 2 hours<br/>New Bimatu building: You will get ingredients, apron, and recipe in English.
Yui will wait for you at the entrance on the first floor there.<br/>Pickup included
Tea ceremony class & Sushi
Tea ceremony and sushi roll: You can experience tea ceremony at a table from Yui at Susukino area. And you can eat thin roll she made after the class.<br/>Duration: 1 hour<br/>At New Bimatu building: Yui will wait for you at the entrance on the first floor there, and then take you to the place.
