About this experience

Our 300 hours Accredited YTT is suitable for all intermediate and advanced level who wants to improve their practice better. We run this YTT Every month.
It includes detailed theory and practice of every single part of yoga to bring you in advanced level. This is mixture of traditional and modern style of yoga, follows ancient yogic texts as the base of teaching. Friendly and peaceful environment. There is the chance to learn from expert teachers who have been teaching for a long time and you find personal care like part of family. Not only during the course but you will get help from teachers even after the completion of the course.
We combine asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, alignment all part for balanced learning.

Very healthy fresh foods, natural environment, experienced teachers, home like environment, friendly staffs, comfortable accommodation etc. are other best part of this training.
