About this experience

This half day old city walking and foodie tour will give you a chance to explore the city in a more leisurely way without missing some most popular local snacks and dishes. By walking through those backstreet alleyways bursting with locals and street vendors, and by sampling the authentic local food on street side and in some popular restaurants, travelers will gain an authentic flavor and a great insight into the local area and its culture.
In addition, travelers will also see some historical monuments of the city during this tour, like the Great Mosque of Xi’an, the Muslim Street, the Bell Tower and City Wall. A professional local guide will help travelers to see more and understand more of the city and its people.
The tour will end nearby the Bell Tower in the center of Xi’an where there is convenient public transportation for you to go back to your hotel.

Located in the city center of Xi'an, the Muslim Quarter is the only historical and cultural part that survived through long history. It's not only the most active but also the most colorful area with full of street foods and restaurants. The traditional looking of the street will make you feel that you are in a real China.
