Begin your adventure with a comfortable minibus ride from your accommodation. The journey to the village of Imbros will take approximately 1.5 hours. For the first half-hour, we'll travel along the highway, the only route available, before gradually ascending into the mesmerizing mountain landscape. En route, we'll make a photo stop at the picturesque valley of Askifou, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
After another 20 minutes, we'll reach the charming village of Imbros, nestled at an elevation of 700 meters above sea level. Upon arrival at the gorge entrance, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing coffee and make use of the restroom facilities.
09:30 Begin the Hike: Embark on your hiking adventure, starting at 09:30. The trail spans a distance of 7 kilometers, with the duration of the hike varying depending on your pace, typically lasting between 2.5 to 3 hours.
