About this experience

We are a local family business for years specializing in bike rental for families. Our Team speaks 3 languages: English, Spanish and Italian.
Throughout the rental period in the whole Maspalomas area we offer a free assistance service in opening hours in case the e-bike gets punctured or something breaks.
The rental contract includes a Company Liability Insurance.
On the day of rental our customers always receive from our Team a free paper Map of Maspalomas City with all the cycle routes suitable for biking City Tour.
1 Bike Padlock and 1 Bike Basket will be included in the rental price.
The customers can rent Helmets or Infant Seats (1 - 6 years old - maxwimum weight 22 kg), in the Rental Shop on the day of the renting.

What you'll see

This e-Bike Rental Service in Gran Canaria is dedicated to all peple who want to ride an e-bike and enjoy their holiday on two wheels.
The e-bike allows you to explore in an ecological way the most beautiful places of Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles, Meloneras ,San Agustin.
You will receive a paper map and all information from a local guide who will advise you on the most interesting routes to explore the south.
So you can plan a self-guided and customized tour according to your interests.
This e-bike Trekking will be perfect to explore Maspalomas Dunes, Playa del Ingles and San Agustin and Maspalomas Light House, Meloneras Beach, Pasito Blanco Beach ( only City area )
This e-bike type is not suitable for mountainous itineraries with very steep climbs and it is not suitable for going on off-road paths or inside the Sand.

E-bikes trekking with 30 km Battery Life can be rented from 9 hours to 7 days .
Rental price includes : Paper Maps, 1 Lock, 1 Basket, Local Taxes, Roadside assistance in Maspalomas area in case of puncture or Breakdown, Company Liability Insurance.

Customers can rent Helmets or Infant Seats : 1 - 6 years old ( maximum 22 kg ) in the Rental Shop on the day of the renting.

The autonomy of the battery can vary depending to the weight of the Person , the slope of the routes and the and the level (1= Minimum, 2= medium, 3=Maximum ) of pedal assistance used in the Tour.
Weight allowed on an E-Bike : maximum 100 kg.

This e-bike is suitable for Children over 14 years old .
Young people under the age of 18 will be able to rent the e-bike only if they are accompanied by at least one paying parent who has rented another e-bike with us.

Bring ID or Passport per each participants on the day of the Renting for the renting.

Required 100 € (in cash or by card) for each e-bike rented like security deposit (refundable on the day of Renting)

Infant seats is not included : the customers can rent Infant Seats (1 - 6 years old - maxiumum baby weight 22 kg) in the Rental Shop paying 5 € extra cost.

Helmet is not included : the customers can rent Helmet + refective vest in the Rental Shop paying 5 € extra cost.
