About this experience

Enjoy a 3 hour adventure riding an E-Bike.
The tour begins with a visit to the Dune Maspalomas natural reserve. After we will visit the Maspalomas Botanical Garden.
Then you will cycle along the scenic south coast with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Finally we will arrive in the old fishing village of "El Pajar". Here there is a stop to visit the beautiful volcanic beach: "Playa Agueda" and the ancient church built in an indigenous cave "Cueva Santa Águeda".
Afterwards, there will be a 10 minute break for Tapas tasting (extra cost €20 per person minimum 2 persons) based on fresh fish in a typical Canarian Kiosk built on the beach.
On the way back we will stop to admire an archaeological site consisting of the ancient aboriginal houses of the pre-Hispanic era. Then we will visit the old Maspalomas Lighthouse declared a monument of historical interest and the enchanting Oasis of Maspalomas always crowded with migratory birds.
Attention: The tour is not off-road.

Detailed itinerary

The tour starts by visiting the most beautiful promenade of Playa dellingles called paseo Costa canaria: a beautiful promenade that fins the beautiful dunes of Maspalomas and goes into the center of the dunes.

We will stop in the most central part of the Dunes of Maspalomas, a beautiful desert area that has been declared a Special Nature Reserve. Here the guide will explain how these beautiful golden mountain of sand formed.

We will stop for a short walking tour in this enchanting Botanical Garden where the guide will teach us to distinguish the different plants and tropical fruits of the archipelago: Mango, Papaya, Aloe vera, Banana

We will go to the Campo Internacional de Golf de Maspalomas cycle paths and head towards the south coast.

Through the resort of Pasito Blanco with its wild volcanic beach and its small harbor

Our destination is to reach and then visit the small fishing village of Arguineguin and in particular the small hamlet called El Pajar.

Here we will stop in a picturesque Kiosk / Restaurant a few meters from the sea and we will taste the specialties that offers traditional Canarian cuisine. You fall in love with this special place and its kitchen!

On the way back we will cycle along the Meloneras coast, where the beautiful volcanic beach of Playa Meloneras is hidden.

We will continue along the Meloneras promenade. This walk is completely cycle and is also considered the most beautiful and luxurious on the whole island

The Maspalomas lighthouse is the southernmost point of the island of Gran Canaria and has been declared a monument of historical interest by the Canary Islands Government.

This ancient archaeological site is located right on the Meloners seafront. Visiting this fantastic archaeological site will give you the opportunity to see the ancient circular stone houses where the Guanches lived, the primitive civilization lived in the Canary Islands in the pre-Hispanic era.

"La Charca" is a beautiful lagoon bordering the famous Maspalomas dunes. This lagoon is considered the most important natural area of the special nature reserve as it is rich in fish and around 40 different types of migratory birds live in different seasons of the year.

Stop 12

On the way back there will be a last panoramic stop in Playa del Inglés, the most famous and tourist area of Gran Canaria.
