All set in strategic geographic points that have been key to the region's importance and the country's progress through the ages. The majestic fortification compounds are crucial historical sites and magical sightseeing locations. We'll have time to see other local interesting places and savor the region's most exquisite gastronomy made famous by fresh fish and seafood, wine, cheese and pastry.

Palmela is a small but important village located in a great natural elevation. Its geography has attracted almost every form of civilization known in Europe since pre-historic times. From the Moorish Castle, you can see the Tejo’s Estuary, Lisboa’s Castle, Setúbal’s Castle, Sado’s Estuary, Sesimbra’s Castle and Sintra’s Palácio da Pena. On this tour we will visit the Castle and Palmela's historic center.
