In the heart of the Food & Motor Valley, a few kilometers from Maranello, there is a tasty experience which takes place: an exclusive Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Experience combined with a cooking class.
Enjoy this full-immersion experience combining two different activities: a guided tour of a local Acetaia with tasting and , then, a cooking class.
The first part of the experience will be dedicated into the history and the millenary tradition of the famous “Black Gold” of Modena. An expert guide will welcome you and show you the techniques and the secrets of this valuable product.
During the second and final part of the experience, you will join a cooking class. A real opportunity to learn how to prepare real Italian hand-made pasta.
At the end of the class you will taste the result of your efforts.
