You will pick up by our professional driver and tour guide from any hotel in Surabaya or Malang city around 11.45 pm, then continue travel to Mount Bromo area (Sukapura or Tosari). When arriving, you will transfer to 4WD Jeep then heading to Sunrise View Point, our tour guide will be with you.
Penanjakan Viewpoint and King Kong Hill are popular sunrise spots at Mount Bromo, with temperatures around 7–10°C. Warm drinks and snacks like noodles and corn are sold along the way.
Most people gather on the left side to watch the sunrise, but for the best photos of Bromo, head to the quieter right side. Your guide will help you find the best view. The first 15 minutes after sunrise are perfect for photos with mist and clouds adding to the beauty.
After sunrise, you’ll drive down to the crater. The jeep stops 2 km away, and you can walk or ride a horse across the Sea of Sand. It takes about 45 minutes to walk, plus a 15-minute climb to the crater rim.
The tour ends around 11:30 AM with a drive back to Malang or Surabaya.
