About this experience

Daily activity :

Day 1 : From Surabaya / Malang - then drive to Madakaripura Waterfall - Hotel check in (on Cemara Lawang area)

Day 2 : Bromo Sunrise at early morning - Sunrise time - Love Hills - Sea of sand - Bromo Trekking - then back for breakfast - check out and leave hotel to our next destination on Banyuwangi (Hotel check in)

Day 3 : at Midnight, Ijen Bluefire trekking programs - back to hotel and finish programs (drop at Surabaya / Malang / Banyuwangi / Ketapang port / Blimbingsari airport / Bus Station / Train Station) 

NOTES :

If you have flight schedue from day 1 and day 3, please let us know. So we will custom the tour based on your flight schedule. Example, at Day 1 = early flight (for pick up)

Day 3 = late afternoon flight / night lfight (for drop off)

So we will not in rush hour.

Detailed itinerary

Your guide will be stand by at the lobby at 03:00 AM with 4x4 car. Then we move to Penanjakan 1 for sunrise points. Sunrise will be coming around 05:15 and enjoy the spectacular sunrise (if weather nice) with the free coffee or tea. After sunrise moments, we move back to stop on Love hills. Here you can see Mt.Bromo from another side. Then continue again to sea sand which has width 10 km square and full sand which coming from volcano. Then we stop at parking area and reach mt. Bromo for about 1 KM. During on the way also you can see Mt. Batok and Hindu’s temple for traditional ceremony at specific days. When you’re arrived at the top of mt. Bromo, be careful because there’s no fence anymore, your guide will be guiding you there safely. After enjoy the panorama from the top we move back to the hotel and get ready for breakfast, shower and check out.

Afterward we move to Madakaripura Waterfall for 1 hour (from Mt. Bromo) and when we arrived at parking area, we will use shuttle transport (scooter) to reach waterfall entrance gate. The local guide will come with us until to the place. Remember, make sure you wear waterproof jacket and bring plastic bag for your phone because it’s guarantee 100% that you will be wet. Enjoy the rainforest, two huge waterfall, and fresh water from the mountain!

Stop 3

At 00.00 AM, our guide will accompany you to the small villages Licin and it will takes around 75 minutes driving. Arrive to the parking area, you will continue the trip trekking for 3 KM and take the time around 90 minutes until arrive to the top of Ijen Crater. From this view point, you will see the bluefire coming out from the sulfur spot. Our guide will guiding you to coming down to see blue fire closely (depends if the condition and situation is possible or not). You can also see the miners, the strongest man in the world, carry the sulfur from the crater until check point around 70 KG. After bluefire, we will move to sunrise spot to see the lake and also small sunrise form here. Afterward, the 4WD will bring down back to the hotel, and during on the way you can see the coffee and cloves plantation. Around midday, check out from the hotel, and continue the journey.
