About this experience

This is the best way to discover and explore the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a true paradise near Lisbon.

During this tour you’ll visit some of the wonderful beaches and mountains of this natural park, you’ll be in permanent contact with nature and enjoy unique landscapes.

By bicycle we’ll visit the wonderful Sintra village, known as the “land of fairy tales”, where we’ll taste the local sweets (Queijadas de Sintra and Travesseiros), we’ll pass by fantastic castles and palaces, which belonged to the Portuguese royal family and to many millionaires who made their luxury vacation.

Sintra is a wonderful villa, full of history, located at one of the foothills of the Serra de Sintra.

With its castles, palaces and small streets full of colors, it is an authentic fairytale setting.

Here we take a short break to see the village, have a coffee and taste the traditional pastry.

Stop 2

This is a mysterious place, inside the garden there are several tunnels and a well where you can enter.

On days when there are many visitors it is impossible to visit the interior, you waste a lot of time in line, on other days we allow you to visit this place.

In addition to visiting the village of Sintra, on this tour we also visit the Sintra Natural Park, surrounded by wonderful trees, enjoying magnificent views in an enchanting atmosphere.

Huge cliffs next to the Atlantic and some beaches are also part of this Natural Park, for this reason we'll also cycle on top of the cliffs and visit some beaches, especially the wonderful beach Adraga , where on warmer days it will be possible to swim a little.

This is the most westerly point in Europe, passing through this symbolic place is another highlight of this tour.

Still within the Sintra Natural Park, we will visit one of the highest points of this mountain range, the Santuario da Peninha, which has an absolutely wonderful view.

On sunny days it is possible to see Lisbon, Cascais and the entire expanse of the Atlantic Ocean.

This is one of the most famous beaches in Portugal, known for its large and powerful waves, it is great for surfing and wind surfing.

Located between Serra de Sintra, Praia do Guincho and Vila de Cascais, you will find this place, where sometimes the sea is so strong that people started calling this place the mouth of hell.

This city became very famous during the Second World War, when many European royal families came to live here.

Here we will cycle close to the sea, an authentic blue lake, close to wonderful houses and breathtaking landscapes.
