After our visit here we will carry on through the jungle and toward the Southern Gate of Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire. Then thread your way through the jungle track to see the Death Gate of Angkor Thom whilst enjoying a light refreshment.
In the near center of this massive enclosure, we’ll find the enigmatic temple of Bayon. This temple is known for its many smiling faces. We will take you to the best spot for the photo opportunity and you'll also learn more about the history that shaped the art and culture of this civilization for centuries.
We will then pay a visit to Ta Prohm temple which is unique in that it has been left largely as it was found- overgrown by jungle trees and vines, with many parts of the temple crumbling to the ground.
Once you’ve worked up a bit of an appetite from your adventure, stop by a local house for a tasty lunch with fresh atmosphere and quiet place, this will give you a good time to relax after enjoy your meal.
